Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most insurance plans, except Kaiser and Tricare. Many medications, including birth control, cost $0 out of pocket. Other medications may have a copay depending on your plan. We also accept Medicaid in AZ, CA, CO, MD, MI, OH, and PA.

Where do medications come from?

All medications are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers and licensed U.S. pharmaceutical wholesalers.

How do patients get started?

Visiting our website and selecting Get Started. We’ll ask a few quick questions, then send them a secure text message to finish setting up their account.

Can patients transfer prescriptions?

Yes. Simply by sharing their current pharmacy details, and we’ll handle the transfer for them.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you can track it in the app until it reaches your mailbox. Expedited shipping may be available.

Is delivery free?

Standard ground shipping is free. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
