Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most insurance plans, except Kaiser and Tricare. Many medications, including birth control, cost $0 out of pocket. Other medications may have a copay depending on your plan. We also accept Medicaid in AZ, CA, CO, MD, MI, OH, and PA.

Where do your medications come from?

All medications are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers and licensed U.S. pharmaceutical wholesalers.

How do I create a Pandia Pharmacy account?

Visit our website and select Get Started. We’ll ask a few quick questions, then send you a secure text message to finish setting up your account.

When will I be charged for my order?

We only charge you after you’ve reviewed and approved your prescription. If you’re using insurance, you may pay a copay or $0 depending on your plan. If you’re paying out of pocket, we’ll share the price upfront and send an invoice once you approve.

Can you transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?

Yes. Just share your current pharmacy details, and we’ll handle the transfer for you.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you can track it in the app until it reaches your mailbox. Expedited shipping may be available.

Do you charge for shipping?

Standard ground shipping is free. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
